Attorney Pascale joined Levine Litigation as an Associate Attorney in 2023.
Attorney Pascale has also published a student note in Volume 35, Issue 1 of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, entitled, "The Path to Allowing Reinstatement of Parental Rights in Connecticut, which explores different avenues for permanency planning.
When he is not in the office, Attorney Pascale enjoys spending time with his three kittens and reading.
